Return & Refund Policy

When you place an order with Lakwears, you agree to the policy below. Our goal is to make returns and refunds simple and transparent for you. All policies apply to orders within the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging

• With all tags still attached

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Need a Return Label?

Return labels are not pre-included in our packages. If you’d like to return an item, email support@lakwears.com and we’ll send you step-by-step instructions.

3. Starting a Return

Please email support@lakwears.com and include:

• Your order number and full name

• Proof of purchase (confirmation email or screenshot)

• Reason for return

• Photos or a short video if the item is defective/damaged

Once we receive and verify your return (usually within 24 hours), we’ll email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, though your bank or card issuer may take an extra 3–5 business days to post the credit.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item was damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly, or is not the size you ordered, we’ll gladly exchange it at no cost. Just contact support@lakwears.com for help.

5. Exchanges

We provide free exchanges only for defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized items. To request an exchange, email us at support@lakwears.com and we’ll cover the return shipping.

6. Refund Process

After inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

• Refunds are issued within 14 days

• The amount is credited to your original payment method

• Your bank or card provider may take an extra 3–5 business days to post the funds

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund. After 12 hours, production may have started, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Tip: Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a wrong address causes delivery failure, the customer is responsible for any resulting loss.
